Ms. Habbart has served as an officer of the Corporate & M&A Law Committee since 2006. She will now serve as its representative on the IBA Legal Policy & Research Unit (LPRU), which develops and implements innovative strategies and initiatives relevant to business and the law, the global legal profession, and the broader global community. She will serve on the working group that will focus on economic sanctions.
