In connection with the Delaware Counsel Group’s substantial experience in international transactions, Ms. Habbart has been asked to speak at the International Bar Association’s 4th Annual Corporate Governance Conference, to be held in Frankfurt, Germany on December 7-8, 2017. Her panel will discuss current trends and developments in corporate governance, with a focus on the increasing shareholder activism, controlling shareholders, and communication between investors and non-executive board members.
